Antique Bathroom Vanity
Can acrylic paint withstand a bathroom environment?
I’m remodeling my bathroom and have purchased a very ornate mirror for the vanity. I’ve painted (as in pictures) in the past, but it’s always been with acrylics. I need to paint this mirror frame in a lot of detail using a lot of different colors to match the Antique Vanity properly. I hate using oils, and cost would be a problem. Of course wall paint is out of the question.
If I cover the paint with several layers of polyurethane will it hold up to the moisture and to light cleaning?

If you keep the humidity low, and have adequate ventilation, nothing would be affected
